Takoma Park Folk Festival Sponsorships 

The 2022 TPFF will be held on September 11th from 10:00-7:00 p.m. The program is organized around our traditional TPFF stages which includes an in-person, juried craft show from noon to 6:30 pm on September 11th at the Takoma Park Middle School.

Join us as a sponsor to support this long-running community event and be part of our musical community. Sponsors are invited to contribute at the financial level listed below or provide an equivalent amount of in-kind support related to the needs of the Festival. Benefits for All Sponsors

  • Exposure to Festival attendees from the local Washington/Baltimore region and beyond at the festival broadcast(s), screening events, and followers and readers on social media, print, and electronic media, as well as customers of local area businesses and institutions where we distribute printed publicity materials
     

  • Affiliation with the longest running community event in Takoma Park and local, farm-to-table music and local non-profit organizations that serve the broader community.
     

  • Your name and/or logo on our website and (virtual stage sponsors and above) in promotional materials.

Festival Sponsor: $3000+

​

  • Mention in promotional materials as festival sponsors, first in list of sponsors
     

  • Prominent presence at the festival on both streams [choose one]:

    • Background: a banner or sign with your name for the stage (may not be available for all performances)

    • Logo: Addition of logo to in-stream graphics, including full screen and smaller layovers

  • Material distribution (if desired): We will share materials from your organization with “watch party” locations.
     

  • In-stream promo (if desired): Subject to mutual agreement, potential for inclusion of brief promo material (that you provide) during transition or other break.
     

  • “Watch party” host opportunity (if desired): If desired, you may host an “watch party” for the festival at your venue or another of your choosing, to be promoted on the TPFF website.

 

 

Stream or craft juried show sponsor: $1000+
 

  • Mention in all promotional materials
     

  • Your logo in the program grid next to the stream schedule.
     

  • Acknowledgement in announcements during the stream.
     

  • Prominent presence on the stream [choose one]:

    • Background: A banner or sign with your name for the stage (may not be available for all performances)

    • Logo: Addition of logo to in-stream graphics, including full screen and smaller layovers

  • Material distribution (if desired): we will share materials from your organization at the other streaming site and with “watch party” locations.
     

  • In-stream promo (if desired): Subject to mutual agreement, potential for inclusion of brief promo material (that you provide) during transition or other break.
     

  • “Watch party” host opportunity (if desired): If desired, you may host an “watch party” for the festival at your venue or another of your choosing, to be promoted on the TPFF website.

     

Stage sponsor: $500+
 

  • Mention in all promotional materials
     

  • Your logo added into the program grid for that hour.
     

  • Acknowledgment in announcements on the programming for that stage (about 90 minutes of programming)

     

Supporting sponsorships: Solar power ($250-$500) or wind power ($100-$250)
 

  • Listed as a sponsor on the Festival sponsor page and online Festival program at the appropriate level
     

  • Link to your website from our website

     

We also welcome restaurants and other businesses to sponsor the festival through a collaborative, cross-promoted event where the business donates a percentage of proceeds for a certain day or event. Reach out to us for details and opportunities.
 

  • Listed as a sponsor on the Festival sponsor page and online Festival program
     

  • Co-promotion of your location and event to drive traffic to your restaurant
