Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship types

Note that sponsors are invited to contribute at the financial level listed below, or provide an equivalent amount of in-kind support related to the needs of the Festival. Please contact giving@tpff.org to discuss in-kind support opportunities. Examples include printing, storage space, floor coverings, and other services.

Benefits for All Sponsors

  • Exposure to over 7-8,000 Festival attendees from the local Northern Virginia-D.C.-Maryland region; thousands more interested followers and readers on social media, print, and electronic media; and customers of local area businesses and institutions where we distribute printed publicity materials

  • Affiliation with the longest-running community event in Takoma Park and local, farm-to-table music and local non-profit organizations that serve the broader community.

  • Your name and/or logo on our website with a link to your website.

Festival sponsor $5000+

(limited to three organizations)

FESTIVAL SPONSOR BENEFITS:

  • Mention in all promotional materials as Festival sponsors, first in list of sponsors

  • Prominent presence at the Festival [choose one]:

    • Banner: You may provide a banner or sign with your name for the front of the school, near the information tent

    • Booth: a presence among the community booths as a Festival supporter, one 10’ x 10’ booth and an 8’ table for your organization in a prime location for your representatives and promotional materials

 

Stage sponsor $1500+

(can be shared by up to two organizations; TPFF can find you a partner organization)

 

STAGE SPONSOR BENEFITS:

  • Mention in all promotional materials for your sponsored stage

  • Your logo in the program grid under the stage name.

  • Acknowledgement in announcements from the stage.

  • Banner: You may provide a banner or sign with your name for the stage.

  • Booth: One 8' table and two chairs in the vicinity of the stage for your representatives and promotional materials.​

Performer and volunteer hospitality sponsor $1000

(can be provided through in-kind donations)

 

HOSPITALITY SPONSOR BENEFITS:

  • Your name and logo in the program 

  • Banner: You may provide a banner or sign with your name for the area

What we need from each sponsor

  • Your sponsorship fee. We can provide an invoice if you need it.

  • Your name as you wish to be listed in all publicity.

  • Your website URL.

  • Your logo in hi-res electronic formats, at least 1000 px in one dimension.

    • .jpg or .png full-color and b&w

    • .eps full-color and b&w

Craft juried show sponsor $1500+

(can be shared by up to two organizations; contact TPFF with both organizations)

 

CRAFT ROOM SPONSOR BENEFITS:

  • Mention in all promotional materials for the craft show

  • Your logo in the handout for the craft area that lists craft

  • Banner: You may provide a banner or sign with your name for the room

  • Booth: One 8' table and two chairs near the entrance of the craft room for your representatives and promotional materials

  

Volunteer T-shirt sponsor

$3000+ or 300+ T-shirts

 

T-SHIRT SPONSOR BENEFITS:

  • Your logo on 2-sided T-shirt, subject to design approval by the Festival 

  • T-shirts will be worn by volunteers who will circulate during the Festival, and will be seen in the community long after the event
