Accessibility

The Takoma Park Folk Festival strives to be a welcoming and accessible festival for all.

PARKING AND SHUTTLES:

Accessible parking is available on site but is extremely limited and available only on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage you to use our shuttle bus service, which is  accessible. Festival shuttles run from 10:15 AM-6:30 PM to Montgomery College TPSS East Garage, the Takoma Metro station, and Washington Adventist University (WAU). See Directions for more details. Cars with disability placards are also welcome to drop people off at the festival entrance and park off-site.

ACCESSIBILITY:

There are 7 stages, 3 indoors and 4 outdoors, including performances at the outdoor Children's Nook stage (new this year!).

SIGN LANGUAGE PRESENTATION:

Selected performances will be presented in ASL. TPFF is grateful to Blair student presenters for donating their services. See the program schedule to find out which performances will have sign language presentation.
